Why Choose Us
The Siam Nalika Approach

Honest Assessment
Before any work begins, we explain what we find and what we recommend. You decide how to proceed — no pressure, no surprises.
Written Documentation
Every service includes a clear written record of work completed. For restoration pieces, this account travels with the watch.
Appropriate Tools
We use watchmaker-grade equipment suited to the calibre and age of each movement, treating older watches with particular care.
Updates Along the Way
If something notable arises during service, we contact you before proceeding. You remain informed and in control throughout.

Situated on Yaowarat Road in Samphanthawong — accessible by BTS, MRT, or riverboat, and within the heart of Bangkok's trading district.

Common Questions
Questions About Our Work
How do I know which service my watch needs?
Send us a message with a description of the piece and any issues you've noticed — worn strap, sluggish winding, stopping intermittently, cosmetic concerns. We'll suggest the most suitable option and explain what it involves. There's no obligation to proceed.
How long does a complete mechanical service take?
A Complete Service & Regulation typically takes around two weeks from when we receive the watch. If sourcing a part is needed, we'll notify you of any adjustment to that timeframe before proceeding.
Do you work on quartz as well as mechanical watches?
Our primary focus is mechanical movements. For quartz watches, the Strap & Seal Service is available. Battery replacement and basic quartz movement assessment can also be discussed — please describe your watch when you contact us.
What should I expect with a Collector's Restoration?
We begin with a conversation about the piece — its history, condition, and what you'd like to preserve or address. We then agree on scope and price before any work begins. Throughout the project, we keep you informed, and we return the watch with a full written account of every step taken.
Are your prices firm, or are there additional charges?
Listed prices reflect standard work within each service scope. If we find that additional parts or work are needed, we contact you first with a clear explanation and an updated figure. We do not proceed with extra charges without your agreement.
How can I drop off or send my watch?
You're welcome to bring your watch directly to the workshop at 58 Yaowarat Road during opening hours. If you're outside Bangkok, get in touch first and we can discuss the safest way to send the piece. We'll confirm receipt and its condition when it arrives.
