Brought in my father's old Seiko for a complete service. The team explained clearly what they found before doing anything — one worn gear wheel that needed replacing. They sent me a message to confirm before ordering the part. Came back running well, with a timing report. Good experience overall.

I sent my watch from Chiang Mai — they confirmed receipt the same day it arrived. The strap was fitted properly and the case looks much better than when I dropped it off. Communication was polite and clear. Turnaround was slightly longer than estimated due to the strap I chose, but they told me in advance.

Collector's restoration on a 1970s Swiss piece I picked up at an estate sale. The written account they provided at return is detailed and genuinely useful — explains each decision made with the dial and movement. The watch now runs to within a few seconds per day. Worth every baht for a piece like this.

I'd been wearing my everyday watch with a strap that was fraying for months, kept putting off dealing with it. Dropped by the workshop and it was sorted that afternoon. Simple job done properly, no upselling, reasonable price. I'll be back when the movement needs attention.

My Tudor had been losing about three minutes a day. The full service brought it back to acceptable performance — Kraisorn explained that the mainspring showed some fatigue and would benefit from eventual replacement. Appreciated the honesty about future maintenance rather than just taking more money now.

I inherited a watch from my grandmother and wanted it properly restored — not just serviced. Anucha spent time going through the scope with me before anything was agreed. The final written record of the work done is something I'll keep alongside the watch. The piece looks and runs beautifully now.

Case Studies

Three Projects in Detail

Case Study 01 · Complete Service

The Situation

A Japanese automatic watch losing approximately 4 minutes daily. Owner had purchased the piece second-hand and estimated it had not been serviced in at least eight years.

The Work

Full movement disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly. Two worn pallet stones and a deteriorated cannon pinion replaced. Lubrication and regulation. Timing measurement before and after.

The Outcome

Rate brought to +4 seconds per day in flat position, within normal parameters for this movement type. Returned with timing report and written work summary. Total time: 12 days.

"The timing report was a detail I didn't expect — made the service feel thorough rather than just going through the motions."

Case Study 02 · Collector's Restoration

The Situation

A mid-1960s Swiss dress watch with sentimental significance — owner's father had worn it throughout his working years. Movement had stopped and the crown was stiff. Case and dial showed their age.

The Work

Scope agreed with owner before starting. Movement fully serviced, crown stem and seal replaced. Dial cleaned without disturbing original patina — owner specifically requested this. Case lightly cleaned, not polished. Parts sourced from a Swiss supplier for two components no longer available locally.

The Outcome

Watch returned running well, dial patina intact, case condition honest. Full written account of all work, parts sources noted. Owner received the piece with what is now a record of its recent history. Total time: 5 weeks.

"They understood straightaway that this wasn't about making the watch look new. The written record they produced — I genuinely hadn't expected that level of care."
