Bench Work
Service carried out with watchmaker-grade tools and appropriate lubricants.
Timing & Testing
Timing machine measurement, water resistance check, final inspection.

Standards
Technical Standards Across All Services
Watchmaker-Grade Lubricants
We use calibre-specific lubricants. Vintage movements receive compounds appropriate to their age — not general-purpose substitutes.
Timing Machine Measurement
Every completed mechanical service is measured on a timing machine. Results are included in the written service record.
Water Resistance Testing
Seal condition is assessed on every service. Full pressure testing is carried out on Complete Service and Restoration pieces.
Secure Watch Storage
Every watch in the workshop is stored individually in a tray. Condition is logged on intake and referenced on return.
Written Work Records
Every service is documented. For restoration work, this record is detailed and designed to travel with the watch as part of its history.
No Scope Creep
No work beyond the agreed scope proceeds without owner approval. Every additional cost is explained before action is taken.
Not Sure Which Service You Need?
Send a short description of the watch and what you've noticed. We'll read it and suggest the most suitable option — with no obligation to proceed.
